Is there a Wordpress Users API? -


we've launched website has 2 types of users: customers , dealers. when customer creates account automatically approved system. when dealer creates account, need decide whether approve or deny user. receive email letting them know whether or not dealer account has been approved.

we utilize marketing automation software called act-on. send new users database in act-on, creating mailing list customers, , mailing list dealers.

the question

is there api allows external application - in case act-on - receive dealers list only when have been approved wordpress cms?
