Wordpress 500 Server Error After Database Uploaded -


i'm working on uploading wordpress website client's hosting account. have running on live server can show clients work i've done. while moving server, following error on front end of site:

server error 500 website encountered error while retrieving http://websitehere.net. may down maintenance or configured incorrectly.

the steps i've taken following:

  1. tried fresh install of wordpress, worked. blank install works perfectly. when uploaded exported database, error occurred.
  2. checked error log, log shows no errors. page literally blank.
  3. tried disabling plugins. error still persists.
  4. tried installing on 1 of hosts , works.

not sure here. client wants site on hosting account, should.

four possible stage can do:

- checking corrupt .htaccess file rename .htaccess , load site.it create own file if not there.

-increasing php memory limit error can happen if exhausting php memory limit.

-deactivate plugins deactive admin if otherwise rename pluginfolder , create new blank plugin folder.

-re-uploading core files

if plugin option didn’t fix internal server error, worth re-uploading wp-admin , wp-includes folder fresh wordpress install. not remove of information, may solve problem in case file corrupted.
