ios9 - AppIcon not displayed in Xcode organiser -


i updated existing ipad app ios 9. when archiving no appicon shows in organiser (i see appicon placeholder) added missing 87.5@2x file ipad pro. when installing simulator icon of app displayed correctly. on real ipad mini.
cleaning project didn't help.

i don't think it's because of changes made in update, since when load code last release without changes doesn't show either.

i'm running xcode 7.2 (7c68)

any ideas i'm missing?
