installation - all black box repack stop working .. .net framework 4.5 issues -


i have problem setup of games have black box repack setup. when try open set file crashes after seconds of downloading in 0.6% or @ game @ 3.5% games didn`t complete first 10% , message shows up:

black box setup has stop working widows checking solution searched online solution nothing. says problem in .net framework.

i tried install dotnetfx45_full_setup comes game. keeps telling me this:

microsoft .net framework 4.5 part of operating system. not need install .net framework 4.5 redistributable.

same or higher version of .net framework 4.5 has been installed on computer.

or in game have dotnetfx45_full_x86_x64_slimsetup after extraction tells that: microsoft .net framework 4.5 part of operating system, turned off. enable .net framework 4.5 use turn windows features on or off in control panel.

so go features , check first two, restarted pc, still same error.

i tried manually cmd path: dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:netfx3 /all /limitaccess /source:c:\sxs, nothing happens, still have annoying messsage.

i tried update windows version stuck @ 23 %.

i searched online , updated version problem still persists.

i tried clean boot. noticed when doing clean boot windows services stopped , not running. usual or not? specially asp.net service state?

i know problem in .net framework 4.5.
