html - Apache Server 2.4 permission Error -


the error getting goes following.when tried edit preconfigured html file apache server comes with, 1 says works, error access denied.also have second question, want use python cgi html , use file instead of preconfig html one, can change html file python one?.there snap of error attached.snapshot of error.
