git - Can't see other people's changes to private GitHub repo -

i've started private github repository , given 4 other github members collaborative access through settings/collaborators github menu. however, can't see of changes on branch have been committing to. believe changes have been pushed because have hooked repo slack page, , slack notifies me when push repo.

why can't see/pull changes?
