android wear - Difference between pager and notifications -


i not understanding what's difference between using notification build ui can perform action (click on button or display card) , using gridviewpager that.

i creating app can perform actions button (following spec of google, on action/button per page). using gridviewpager so. looking @ samples google provides , looking @ different wear apps find, looks lot of applications have same design : buttons blue background circle, provided notification class.

in case should use gridviewpager or notifications?
