local / vpn pages via Chrome browser -


if i'm looking local/intranet address while connect vpn, works in safari or firefox many times not work via google chrome

how can chrome realize i'm looking page on intranet on not public web?

notes:

  • using cisco anyconnect vpn client
  • chrome version 48.0.2564.97 (64-bit)
  • osx 10.11.3

the best solution i've found on osx far use safari better detecting vpn pages.

soon after you've navigated pages chrome starts work well. must either dns or caching issue, possible both (i'm no master).
