cpu usage - Azure Web App Goes Down -


i started web app company , made through azure. on wordpress. alerted site down. logged azure , once clicked url through new azure portal, site began working again. have idea why/how have happened. cant find information online it.

it turns out our cpu usage went 100% around 7am randomly. have caused this, , website come on after happens?
