you cannot modify visual output of app. closest thing can accomplish facebook messenger , lastpass use, feature allows them draw on top of other apps, , lastpass can read contents of app via accessibility permissions. however, allows them draw on existing apps, , in case of lastpass, fill out text input fields. above options, don't think you'll able accomplish you're looking do.
