amazon web services - Tableau Server on AWS -

we builing big data solution on aws. processed data stored in redshift needs exposed out through tableau dashboards. i'd know best practices implementing kind of solution.

assuming data tonnage of 5gb/day , 10 users trying access dashboards... 1 optimal option go with(considering cost , flexibility) -deploying tableau server on aws , connecting redshift (within cluster) -deploying tableau server outside aws , connect redshift on aws

any help/ suggestions on appreciated. thanks!

by maintaining servers on aws have faster data transfer, less data transfer charges, secure , contained data transfer within vpc, , won't have expose redshift cluster internet. advantages added security , data transfer speed , cost.

otherwise, there no real technical hurdles encounter going 1 solution versus other.
