google analytics traffic source user vs session level -


when creating segments in ga can choose filter traffic sources on user level , on session level.

  1. is user level traffic source determined first time user visits website , never changes again?
  2. does session level traffic source gets updated each time user visits website?
  3. does same user can have single traffic source (first time visit) on user level , multiple traffic sources on session level?
