Strange redirect in my shared hosting account -


i have opened ticket want understand inner working of issue.

i type:

http://connect.mydomain.com

and address bar changes to:

http://connect.mydomain.com/~username/public_html/mydomaindir/connectsubdomaindir

and messed up. told has dns cange since bought dedicated ip, cannot issue since other domains in same account work fine.

where can start looking this?

additional info:

i checked dns entries on cpanel , seem same other addon domains have in same account.

i getting errors like:

  • error 310 (net::err_too_many_redirects
  • 301 bounce (observed firebug)

i suggest must first need wait until dns propagation completed. according quick research, longest time dns propagation takes 72 hours, exact 3 days.
