syslog ng - IP instead of hostname -


in logs syslog clients got hostname field. how can force syslog-ng put there ip addres instead hostname? it's thing want change, don't want forced make full message template if possible.

i need on linux clients, windows clients, , on balabit store box, guess each of these solution can different.

for linux, use $sourceip macro ip.
