Quickbooks POS old transactions view -


i have client running quickbooks along quickbooks pos set up. had condense quickbooks file, , can't pull transactions prior condensing. makes sense extent me, there way still pull old transactions on pos @ least decade ago without bloating quickbooks file?

it wasn't terribly intuitive client manually switch , forth old & new pos file, , quite obvious file in (the potential accidentally recording sale against old file high).

so solution pull information , old copy odbc connection tool (plenty out there on web). able export excel , organize in readable / searchable manner client.

fyi, quickbooks wasn't helpful on matter.
