i want upgrade php 5.6 php 7 (on windows), site http://pecl4win.php.net/ down (and previous questions, down months). cant download "php7activescript.dll". there place can download "php7activescript.dll" from? googled , searched no luck.

at moment, not exist.

activescript moved pecl, way in history (php 5.0.1).

activescript has never had official release, , has not been ported php 7.
