osx - Set a modifier key (or toggle) to move screen image continuously with pointer -


i use retina screen @ 3360x2100, , work zoomed in. pan (move) screen when pointer reaches edge of screen, @ other times screen move continuously pointer. in accessibility can switch between "continuously pointer" , "only when pointer reaches edge." question: how can set modifier key (preferable) or toggle between 2 settings?
