i helping client redesign website through hubspot. existing site within hubspot , new website within hubspot. attempting run development through hubspot's content staging per link: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/website-user-guide/how-to-redesign-and-relaunch-your-site-with-content-staging

the problem appears on per page basis rather per site basis. problem unable stage files such primary css file, or other css/js files need make changes to, existing website need keep untouched throughout development.

does have experience redesigning hubspot website may have advise me? missing?

thanks!

when i'm redeveloping hubspot site within client's portal, i'll on template template basis.

so example, if you're making new home page, attach stylesheets , scripts need in template file - found in edit > edit head menu. here can disable primary css file, , can disable domain specific stylesheets (the ones add in content > content settings) template using assets want use.

using technique, can work on individual templates, , stage pages using said templates independently of rest of website. when you're ready make changes site wide, merely move assets edit head area within template content settings area.
