osx - Android avd on mac when starting emulator device unknown option -scale -


when use default settings emulate android device (ex: nexus 5) boots , works fine, trying fine tune new virtual device more true device resolution, no luck. when attempt change scale other auto (ex: 1dp = 2px on screen, 2dp = 1px on screen, etc.) fails launch following message.

"cannot launch avd in emulator. output: unknown option: -scale, please use -help list of valid options"

**note: creating new virtual device via avd manager gui.

i not sure go message. using android 2.0 beta , on mac os x el capitan.
